Avalon Courtyard

We are based at B-155 on M. G. Road in Sultanpur, which is a pretty well-known stretch of New Delhi. If you know this area, you know how the traffic can get around here, but once you get inside our gates, things feel a lot quieter. The address is Sultanpur, New Delhi-30. We’ve been operating from this courtyard for some time now. It’s a bit of a mix here. We have the greenery that we try to keep alive during the dry summer months, and then we have the rooms and common areas that always seem to need something fixed or cleaned. It is a lot of work to keep a place like this running every single day. We aren't a big hotel chain, so it's mostly just us doing the daily chores and talking to the people who stop by for a room. Sometimes the metro line nearby is a bit loud, but you get used to that after a week or two of working here. Most of the staff lives nearby in the neighborhood, so we all have the same stories about the commute on MG Road. We don’t spend much time writing fancy letters or doing marketing. Usually, we are just busy checking the inventory or making sure the water is running fine in the bathrooms. It’s a practical way to live and work. We see a lot of different faces coming through Sultanpur, and we just try to be a reliable spot for them.
