Avalon Courtyard Pvt Ltd. is located on the second floor of T-392 in Baljeet Nagar. It’s right near West Patel Nagar, which is a pretty well-known part of New Delhi. Getting up to our office involves a bit of a climb, and the building itself is just a standard structure like many others in this part of town. We don’t have any big signs or flashy lights. Inside, it’s a modest setup with a few desks and some filing cabinets. We deal with a lot of paperwork and phone calls related to our properties and business interests. The space is a bit tight, especially when we have a few visitors at once. We usually have the radio playing quietly in the background to drown out the noise from the street below. Baljeet Nagar is always bustling, so there’s never a dull moment outside. We aren't some fancy corporate entity with a marble lobby. We’re just a small team working out of a practical office space. Most of our day is spent coordinating with different people and making sure our records are up to date. We drink a lot of coffee and try to keep things organized despite the constant flow of work. It’s a straightforward environment without any pretense. We’ve been in this building for a while now, and we’ve gotten used to the quirks of the place, like the flickering light in the pantry or the squeaky office chairs. We just get on with the daily tasks.
