Avalon Courtyard, M.G.Road Mehrauli

Our setup is located at Flat No. 347 in the Sfs Dda complex, specifically in Pocket-I of Sector-I over in Dwarka. Even though the name Avalon Courtyard mentions M.G. Road and Mehrauli, this flat in Dwarka is where we actually get the daily work done. It is basically a residential apartment that we have turned into an office space, so it feels a lot more like a home than a corporate building. There are files tucked away in corners and a few computers set up where you might normally expect a dining table to be. Working in a DDA colony means we are right in the middle of a living neighborhood. You can hear neighbors talking in the hallways and see kids playing downstairs in the common areas. We spend most of our time handling the administrative side of the property, like keeping track of who is coming and going and making sure the maintenance gets handled eventually. It can get a little cramped when we have a lot of documents to go through at once, but we managed to make it work for us. We do not have a fancy reception desk or any big signs outside. If you come by, you are just walking into a normal flat where people are busy on their laptops. It is a quiet way to run things, away from the main road noise, and it suits the way we like to stay organized without any unnecessary fuss.
