Our place is over at L-36/1 Old Rangpuri Road. If you know Mahipalpur, you know how the traffic can get. It’s a busy patch in New Delhi, right near the 110037 zip code area. We handle merchandising, which means lots of boxes and checking items all the time. The office is right there on the road, so there’s always dust and noise coming in from the trucks passing by. It’s a practical workspace, not some shiny showroom. We have stacks of samples and paperwork everywhere. Sometimes it feels a bit cramped but we manage to get everything sorted. The staff here has been together for a bit and we have our own way of doing things. We start early because the heat gets bad in the afternoon. Usually, someone is out back checking a shipment while the rest of us are on the computers. It’s just a normal day-to-day routine for Ava Merchandising. We don’t have any big slogans or anything. We just focus on the orders that come in. The neighborhood is full of other businesses like ours, so there’s a lot of energy around. You see people hauling stuff back and forth all day. We’ve grown used to the pace of Mahipalpur. It’s a tough spot to work in sometimes, but it’s home for the business and we make it work.
