Our place is on the second floor of H-5 in Maharani Bagh. If you know New Delhi, you know this part of town has its own pace. It’s a bit of a climb up the stairs but we’ve got a good view of the street from here. Ava Merchandising Pvt Ltd has been in this building for some time now. It’s not a huge office with glass walls or anything like that. It’s more of a lived-in space where we keep all our files and things. Maharani Bagh is a well-known area, so it’s easy for people to find us once they get into the neighborhood. The second floor stays relatively quiet despite the noise from the main roads nearby. We have our desks set up and we just get on with the day. Sometimes the power goes out for a bit, but that’s just life in the city and we wait for it to come back.
