We started Av Tours And Travels right here in the neighborhood because we saw how much people struggled with basic transport. Our office is pretty straightforward. There are a couple of computers, some stacks of files, and usually a few drivers hanging around waiting for their next shift. We don't have a flashy storefront with neon lights. It’s just a regular building where we get the work done. The 110018 area is always moving, so there is never a quiet moment. We spend a lot of our day on the phone, coordinating pickups and checking on road conditions. Sometimes the traffic in Delhi makes everything run behind schedule, and we have to spend half the morning calling people to let them know. It’s a bit chaotic, but that’s the nature of travel work in a city like this. We don’t try to act like a big global corporation. We are just local people who know how to get from point A to point B without too much trouble. It’s practical work, and we just take it one day at a time. The desks are a bit messy, but we know where everything is.
