Rithala is a busy area and it seems like there is always something being built nearby. Our workshop is located near Bagga Link Road in the Rithala Extension. It can be a long drive to get here because the traffic near the metro station is usually backed up. We spend most of our time working on bag-making machines. They are pretty large and take up most of the floor space. You will usually see rolls of non-woven fabric sitting in the corners in different colors like blue, yellow, and green. We have one or two machines set up just for testing so we can show people how they operate. The sound of the cutters and the heat sealers is something you hear all day long. The office is just two desks near the entrance where we keep the invoices and the spare parts catalogs. We don't have a marketing team or anyone to write fancy brochures. If someone wants to know about the machines, we just turn one on and show them how the bags come out. It’s a very direct way of doing business. The walls are mostly covered with spare parts and wiring diagrams. We show up early every morning, check the machines, and spend the day making sure everything is adjusted correctly. It’s a straightforward job and we like the practical side of it.
