We have been sitting here in this corner of Jungpura Extension for quite a few years now. The office isn't very big, but it gets the job done when people walk in looking for a way to get out of the city for a bit. Usually, it is just us answering the phone and looking up train timings or seeing if there are any cheap flights to places like Goa or maybe somewhere in the hills like Manali. People from the neighborhood know where we are at C-48, right near the main block. We don't have fancy brochures all over the place, just some old maps and a couple of computers that sometimes run a bit slow when the internet acts up. It gets quite busy in the afternoons when everyone finishes their lunch and remembers they need to book a ticket for their cousin's wedding or a work trip. We spend a lot of time explaining the different routes because sometimes the direct ones are just too expensive. It is a lot of typing and double-checking names and dates because if you get one letter wrong, it is a huge headache for everyone. We try to keep things simple here. We drink a lot of tea while we work and talk to the regulars who stop by just to ask about the weather in other cities. It is just a normal office doing normal travel work for anyone who needs it.
