Austrian Airlines

Our Austrian Airlines office is located at 251-A on the first floor in Munirka, New Delhi. Munirka is a crowded, busy area with a lot of energy. Being on the first floor, we can see everything happening on the street below. We mostly deal with flight bookings and helping people who have questions about their trips to Europe. It is a small space, not a giant corporate headquarters. We have a few desks and a lot of phones. Most of our day is spent talking to travel agents or passengers who are trying to sort out their connections. We use simple English to explain the rules and the timings. Sometimes the paperwork gets a bit much, especially with international travel rules changing. We aren't here to give a sales pitch; we just want to make sure people have the right information for their flights. The office is easy to get to if you are in South Delhi. It’s a bit noisy because of the traffic outside, but we’ve gotten used to it over time. We just focus on the task at hand and try to be helpful to whoever calls or walks in. It’s a straightforward job in a part of Delhi that never seems to sleep. There is usually someone here during the day to answer the phone or look up a flight price for you.
