Austrian Airlines

So, we are over here at A-I, 72 in Lajpat Nagar. It is a busy part of New Delhi, and honestly, the traffic outside our door is something else most days. We have been working out of this spot for a while now, handling things for Austrian Airlines. People often drop by because they have questions about flights or need to fix something with their tickets. It’s not a huge, fancy glass building or anything like that. It’s just a regular office where we sit and get through the paperwork. Sometimes the tea guy comes by and that’s the highlight of the afternoon. We spend a lot of time on the phones talking to people about travel stuff. It gets a bit noisy with the market nearby, but you get used to it. The address is pretty easy to find once you are in the 72 block area. We keep things simple here. There aren't any big speeches or corporate posters on the walls. Just desks, computers, and us trying to make sure the bookings are right. Most of the staff has been here long enough that we know the local shops well. If you come by, you'll see it’s just a practical setup. We handle the New Delhi side of things for the airline, dealing with whatever comes up that day. It's just a normal job in a normal neighborhood, really. Nothing too complicated about how we run things day to day.
