We operate out of a small office at Wz-250B, Street No. 8 in Sadh Nagar, which is part of the Palam Colony area. It is a simple office space tucked away in a residential and commercial street. We handle various tasks related to airline operations, mostly focused on the documentation and customer service side of things. It is not a big glass tower; it’s just a regular building where a few of us work every day. Being in Palam Colony means we are close to the action, but our specific street is usually a bit quieter than the main roads. We spend a lot of our time checking through flight details and responding to messages from other offices. Sometimes people drop by with questions, and we do our best to help them out. The office is pretty basic, with just the essentials like desks and a couple of printers. We don't have any big mission statements or promotional slogans on the walls. We just focus on making sure the data is entered correctly and the paperwork is ready when it needs to be. It’s a normal job for us, and we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the work over the years. We just keep our heads down and make sure we finish everything before the day ends. It is a practical way to run an office without unnecessary complications.
