Our little setup here in Munirka Village is tucked away at 352 E/1, which isn't exactly where you’d expect to find an international name, but it works for us. The streets around here are narrow and always full of people moving around, students mostly, given how close we are to the university areas. Inside, it’s mostly desks and stacks of paperwork related to flight schedules and customer queries that come through the phones. It gets quite loud outside with the scooters zooming past the door, so we usually keep the front entrance shut to stay focused. We’ve been at this spot for a while now, and the locals all know us as the place with the big logo on the wall. It’s not a huge office, just a practical space where we handle the daily grind of travel logistics. Some days are slower than others, especially when the weather is bad and flights get delayed, then the phones don't stop ringing. We make our own tea in the back room and mostly just chat about the weekend during our lunch breaks. Finding the building can be a bit tricky for newcomers since the numbering in Munirka is a mess, so we usually tell people to look for the stationery shop nearby. It’s a simple operation, nothing flashy, just us doing our jobs in this corner of New Delhi every day. We don't have a big lobby or anything, just a desk and some chairs for visitors.
