If you find yourself over in Kirti Nagar at N-13, you’ll find us. People usually expect furniture shops or warehouses in this part of New Delhi, not an airline office. We’ve been here for a bit, though, tucked away among the industrial buildings. Finding a parking spot is usually a nightmare on this busy street, so most visitors come in by rickshaw. Inside the office, things are pretty basic. Our desks are set up for dealing with flight schedules and people's questions all day long. Austrian Airlines might sound like a big name, but this office is just a few of us making sure everything runs okay. We drink plenty of chai and talk about the heat when the AC struggles in the summer. For a business dealing with travel, it has a very local feel. Fancy lounge chairs aren't something you'll find in our lobby. It’s just a place where work happens. Between the vouchers, the cancellations, and the pile of emails, there's always something to do. Kirti Nagar has its own rhythm that we’ve fallen into over the years. We aren't here to put on a show or act corporate. Our main goal is just making sure the flights and the people on them are sorted out properly without any fuss. That's really all there is to our daily routine here.
