Austrian Airlines

This is the local office for Austrian Airlines here in Dwarka. We are located at 631, Sector-17, in Pocket-A. It is a bit of a quiet spot compared to the main airport area, but it works for us. We handle a lot of the administrative side of things for the airline. People usually call us when they have issues with their tickets or need to ask about baggage rules. We aren't the ones flying the planes, obviously. We are just the ground crew in an office setting. Dwarka is a big residential area, so we are close to where a lot of people live. The office is pretty standard. We have desks, some computers, and a lot of folders. Dealing with international travel means we have to stay on top of time zones and different rules. Sometimes it gets a bit confusing with all the different flight numbers, but we have a system that works well enough. We don't have fancy decorations or anything. It’s just a place to get work done. We are here most days during regular hours. If you are looking for us, just find Pocket-A and look for number 631. It is a straightforward place. We try to be helpful when the phones start ringing. It is mostly about keeping the details straight so things run smooth for the passengers. We've been at this location for a while now in New Delhi and we just keep at it.
