Our office is located at D-67 on the first floor in East of Kailash, New Delhi. It’s a busy part of the city, and we are right in the middle of it. Working for Austrian Airlines from this location means we handle a lot of the local side of things for the airline. It’s mostly an office where we deal with ticketing issues, customer queries, and all the administrative bits that come with international travel. The space isn't huge, but it's where we get everything done. You can hear the traffic from the street outside most of the day. We spend a lot of time on the phone or responding to emails from people who are planning trips or having trouble with their flights. It’s a lot of problem-solving. We don't have a polished showroom; it's just a working office with desks, computers, and a lot of paper stacked up. Being in East of Kailash is convenient because it's easy for people to find us if they need to drop off documents. We aren't trying to be anything other than a helpful local office for the airline. Sometimes the systems are slow or there's a misunderstanding about a baggage rule, and we just have to talk it through with the person. It’s just us here, working through the daily tasks and making sure the paperwork is in order for the flights heading out. It’s a simple, functional way to run a business in Delhi.
