Ausrtian Airlines

Our office is located at 483/6, Street No 15, in West Kailash Puri. This is in New Delhi 45. It’s a busy little street and we are right in the thick of it. We don't have a giant airport office here; it's more of a local spot where we handle the ground-level stuff for Ausrtian Airlines. Street No 15 can get pretty crowded with scooters and people walking by, but that’s just how it is in this part of Delhi. We spend our days dealing with flight details, bookings, and a lot of customer questions. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s important work. The office itself is pretty basic. We have a few desks and a lot of files. We aren't big on corporate slogans or polished speeches. Most of us have been working in travel for years, so we know the drill. We just talk to people like normal human beings and try to solve whatever problem they have. Sometimes the phones don't stop ringing and it gets a bit stressful, but we usually manage to get through it. We like the local shops around West Kailash Puri for our lunch breaks. It’s a real neighborhood feel. We don't try to sound like a huge international corporation when you call us. We’re just the people working at 483/6 who know a thing or two about planes and tickets. It’s a straightforward operation and we like it that way. We just keep track of the flights and do our best.
