Atlantis The Palm,Jumeriah

We are located at Atlantis The Palm,Jumeriah in Dubai. It’s a pretty famous spot, but for those of us working here, it’s just our daily workplace. The weather in the UAE is almost always hot, and the sun is incredibly bright when you walk out of the office. We don't spend our days lounging by the water like the visitors do. Instead, we’re mostly inside dealing with all the administrative stuff and keeping things running behind the scenes. The office space is functional and doesn't have the same flash as the guest areas. We don't have a fancy mission statement or a polished way of explaining what we do. It’s just a lot of coordination and making sure everything is in the right place at the right time. Most of us have traveled from all over to work here, so the office is a mix of different cultures and languages. We often talk about the long commute across the Palm or what we’re going to do on our days off. We don’t try to make it sound more exciting than it is. It’s hard work and the days can be long, but we just get on with it. It’s a massive place, and sometimes you can get a bit lost in the corridors if you aren't careful. We just focus on our tasks and try to stay out of the heat.
