A.T. Seasons & Vacations is tied up with the Chrysalid-Outdoor Learning Centre, and we’re spread out a bit between places like Delhi, Shimla, and even Bangalore down in Karnataka. It’s a lot of ground to cover, but that’s just how the work goes. We focus on getting people outside, away from their desks and into the fresh air. It’s not always pretty; sometimes there’s mud, or it’s too hot, or the bags get lost, but that’s the reality of outdoor stuff. We aren't a fancy travel agency with glossy brochures. We are the people who organize the camps and the learning sessions in the woods or the hills. The Delhi-Shimla route is one we know like the back of our hands. We spend a lot of time on buses or hiking trails, making sure the gear is ready and the food is sorted. It can be quite a mess when you have a big group of kids or workers trying to set up tents for the first time. We just deal with things as they come. Our Bangalore side handles the South India trips, which are a different vibe entirely but still just as busy. It’s hard work, and we usually end the day pretty tired and covered in dust. We don’t have a central office that looks like a bank. We’re usually where the trees are, just trying to keep everything running and making sure nobody gets lost. It's a bit chaotic but we like it.
