We are located at 138/S in the Munirka area of New Delhi, right in the middle of all the chaos of the city. The pin code here is 110067 if you are trying to find us on a map. Our office is a modest spot where we spend most of our day looking at flight schedules and trying to fix travel itineraries. It is not one of those high-end corporate offices you see in Gurgaon. We have basic furniture and some old files stacked up in the corner. Astral Travels is really just about getting the work done and making sure people get their tickets on time. The street outside is always full of people, and sometimes the noise of the traffic makes it hard to hear the person on the other end of the phone. We drink a lot of chai from the stall downstairs while we wait for the booking systems to load. There are three of us here usually, and we take turns handling the walk-ins and the phone calls. We don’t have a big fancy sign, just enough so people know they are in the right place. It gets quite hot in the summer, but we have a small fan that keeps things moving. Most of our day is just checking dates and prices over and over again. It’s a simple life and a simple office, but we’ve been in Munirka long enough that we know the shortcuts and the best times to avoid the main road traffic.
