We are located at 140, Vinoba Puri in Delhi. It’s a busy little area and our office is right in the middle of it. We spend our days looking at maps, checking flight prices, and trying to figure out train schedules for people. It’s not as glamorous as it sounds; there’s a lot of waiting on hold with airlines and filling out visa forms. We’ve been here for a good number of years, so we’ve seen how travel has changed from paper tickets to everything being on a phone. The office is filled with old brochures and stacks of itineraries that we’ve printed out. We keep a big jar of sweets on the counter for when kids come in with their parents. The clock on the wall is five minutes fast, but we never bother to fix it because it keeps us on our toes. There’s a stack of old travel magazines in the corner that people sometimes flip through while they wait. We don't have any high-tech kiosks or self-service screens. It’s just us talking to you and trying to find a route that doesn't cost a fortune. Sometimes the printer jams right when we need to hand over a ticket, which is always annoying. We aren't a massive agency with hundreds of branches. We’re just a small group of people who know our way around a travel itinerary. It feels like we’re a small part of the journey people take, and we like it that way.
