Our history goes back a ways, especially with the time spent in Mumbai between 1999 and 2001. We were based out of the Million Air Raymond’s Ltd area back then. It was a different time, and things in the aviation support world were a lot different than they are now. We’ve kept our operations going through a lot of changes in the industry. The way we work is pretty straightforward. We don’t have a bunch of fancy slogans or a corporate headquarters with marble floors. We’ve always been more about the practical side of things. If something needs fixing or a flight needs support, we just get on it. The address in Mumbai was a busy spot, and we learned a lot about how to handle pressure during those years. Even though time has passed, we still remember the people we worked with back in 1999. Nowadays, we just keep things moving along. We have a small office where we handle all the paperwork and coordination. It’s mostly phone calls and emails these days, but the core of the work is still the same. We don’t try to sound like a giant multinational company because we aren't one. We are just a group of people who know their way around air support and have been doing it long enough to not get rattled when things go wrong. It’s a steady job and we take it one day at a time.
