Associate Manager

We are located over in Sector-8 of Rohini, at D-13/75. It’s a typical Delhi neighborhood setup. The name Associate Manager sounds a bit formal, but we are really just a small team handling day-to-day tasks. The office is right there in the middle of the residential blocks. It’s a bit of a climb up the stairs to get to us. Inside, there isn't much besides desks and some old filing cabinets that have seen better days. We spend a lot of time coordinating things. Rohini can get quite crowded, especially during the morning commute, so most of us try to get in early to beat the traffic. The 110085 area has a lot of little shops nearby, so getting lunch or finding a notebook isn't hard. We don't have a big reception area or anything like that. If someone comes by, they just pull up a chair. It’s very informal. We talk about work, sure, but we also talk about the weather or how the local cricket team is doing. The work is mostly about keeping things organized and making sure everything is managed correctly. Sometimes it gets a bit hectic with all the different things we have to track, but we manage. It’s just a local office where we try to get through the list of things to do. We’ve been here in Sector-8 for a while now and we know the street pretty well and the neighbors too.
