Assistant Acountant As Billing

Working out of Chhatarpur Extension is interesting because it is a mix of old and new buildings. Our spot is at E-198, tucked away in the E-block. I spend most of my time as an assistant accountant, which basically means I am buried in bills and ledgers all day long. It is a small office environment. We do not have a receptionist or a fancy lobby for people. If you knock on the door, one of us will probably just look up from a screen to see who it is. The billing side of things keeps us pretty occupied, especially when it gets to the end of the month. It gets a bit hectic then. We have to make sure every entry is right, or things get really messy later on. The neighborhood is a bit dusty because of all the construction going on around here lately. We have got a small kettle for tea, and that is our main luxury during the day. It is a very practical way to run things. We are not a big firm with hundreds of employees. It is just a few of us handling the numbers. Sometimes the street gets blocked by trucks, so getting to the office can be a bit of a trek. But we like the quiet of this extension compared to the main road. We just focus on getting the billing done right and on time.
