Assist Manager(Operations) Chanson Car At Call

This is the office for the Assist Manager of Operations at Chanson Car At Call. We are located on the second floor of Wz-2216 in Raja Park, which is part of the 110034 area of Delhi. It’s a functional space where we manage the fleet of cars and the drivers who take them out. Most of our day is spent staring at GPS maps and talking on the phone to make sure people are getting picked up on time. The office is pretty basic, with some old chairs and a lot of logbooks piled on the desks. We deal with traffic reports all day because Delhi roads can be a mess, especially during the rains or peak hours. It’s not a glamorous job, but someone has to make sure the cars are where they need to be. We drink a lot of chai to keep going through the long shifts. The balcony looks out over the street, so we can see the chaos of Raja Park while we work. We don't have a big marketing team or a fancy website; we just focus on the cars and the drivers. Sometimes a car breaks down or a driver gets lost, and that’s when things get really busy around here. It’s a practical business run by people who know the city streets like the back of their hand. We just keep the wheels turning one call at a time through the day.
