Assisstant Manager In Dominos Pizza India Ltd.

I am working as an assistant manager over at the Dominos Pizza India Ltd. branch located at H-3/139 in Sector 16, Rohini, Delhi. The pin code is 110085. It’s a busy location, and my days are usually spent in the middle of a lot of noise and movement. Being an assistant manager here means I’m involved in everything from checking the dough to making sure the delivery bikes are ready to go. The office area is really small, just enough for a desk and a computer where I handle the schedules and the inventory. It’s not the kind of place where you sit around and relax. It’s always fast-paced. Rohini Sector 16 is a lively area with a lot of people, and we stay pretty busy most evenings. We don't have any corporate slogans hanging on the walls. We just focus on getting the work done and making sure everything is in order. I’ve learned a lot about how to handle different situations since I started here. Sometimes I have to help out with the cleaning if we are really in a rush, which isn't part of the job description but you just do what needs doing. It’s a messy, fast-paced environment and it definitely keeps you busy. I don't use any fancy management techniques. I just talk to the staff plainly and we get through the shift together.
