Our office is at 15A/1 in Ber Sarai, New Delhi. If you know the area, you know it’s a lot of students and small shops, so there’s always plenty of energy around the streets. Aspark Holidays is just a small group of us trying to help people get their trips sorted out without too much trouble. We spend most of our time on the phone with airlines or hotels, trying to find a good deal that isn't too complicated for the traveler. The office isn't very big. We’ve got some maps on the wall and a lot of brochures that sometimes get a bit dusty if we don't move them. We don't try to act like we're a huge multinational corporation. We’re just local people who know a bit about travel and how to book things. Sometimes customers come in and we sit down with them over a glass of water to talk about where they want to go. It’s not a fancy process. We just look at what's available on the screen and tell it like it is. Ber Sarai can get a bit crowded, so finding a spot to park is always a headache, but we like it here. It’s got a good vibe for a small business. We don't have any scripted speeches. We just talk to people like they're our neighbors. It’s about getting from point A to point B without a lot of drama or extra costs.
