Asiana Airlines

We are located at G-2 on the fourth floor over in the Old Double Story area of Lajpatnagar 4. It is a busy spot in New Delhi and we spend our days handling the airline side of things here for Asiana Airlines. Most people know the name for the flights and planes, but on the ground it is mostly about paperwork and getting things sorted for travelers. The building is a bit older and sometimes the stairs feel quite long, but we are here every single day. We deal with the routes and making sure people get where they need to go. It isn't a fancy corporate office with glass walls or anything, just a practical place where we get the work done. Our desks stay pretty full of folders and the phone rings quite a bit throughout the morning. Being in Lajpatnagar means there is always noise outside from the local markets and people walking by. It is just us doing the daily tasks for the airline. We have been at this address for a while now and people in the neighborhood know where to find us. We handle the bookings and try to help anyone who walks in with a question about their travel plans. It is a lot of typing and checking schedules on the computer. Sometimes the electricity goes out for a bit but we just wait it out and get back to it. It is a normal office life for the team. (251 words)
