Asiana Airlines

So, we are based out of 15 Kalyan Vihar. It’s a residential-feeling area in New Delhi, and having an office like Asiana Airlines here is just how things worked out. It’s not a giant airport terminal or a skyscraper; it’s just a building on a street where people live and go about their business. We spend our hours dealing with flight paths, ticket issues, and all the logistics that come with moving people across the sky. Inside, it looks like any other office you’d find in India, with desks pushed together and cables running along the floor. We drink a lot of tea while staring at screens. The neighborhood of Kalyan Vihar is usually pretty quiet compared to the main city center, which is nice when you’re trying to concentrate on complicated travel itineraries. Sometimes the internet acts up, or the power flickers, and we just have to wait it out like everyone else. We don't have a big lobby with fancy art. It's mostly just us, some printers that jam occasionally, and the phone ringing. We handle the New Delhi side of things, making sure stuff gets logged correctly. It's practical work. Most people who come by are either looking for a job or have a specific problem with a booking that needs a human to look at it. We just sit here and do our best to get the numbers to line up.
