We operate out of a space at 691/2 in Chiragh Delhi. It’s a crowded part of town, especially with all the traffic near the outer ring road. We’ve been in this building for a while. It’s not a big airport terminal, just a regular office where we handle the details. People often get confused about where we are exactly, but once you find the right lane, it’s easy enough. We deal with a lot of flight schedules and bookings every day. The air conditioner hums in the background, and there’s always someone coming in to ask about a ticket or a change in plans. We don’t have a big corporate cafeteria, so we usually just order from the local dhabas nearby. It’s a lot of staring at monitors and checking dates. The office gets a bit cramped when more than three people show up at once, but we make it work. We’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit over the years. Some of the staff have been here since the beginning, and we’ve become a tight-knit group. We aren’t about the fancy uniforms or the big speeches. We just handle the tickets and the paperwork that comes with running an airline operation in a place like ND-17. It’s a lot of routine, but every day brings a different set of travelers with different problems to solve. We just take it one person at a time.
