Our spot is in Janak Puri, over at C-1A/50A. It’s a residential-style building, so it doesn't feel like those big airport offices you might see in the movies. We spend most of our day on the phones or checking screens for flight updates. Janak Puri is a big area, and being tucked away here means we get to avoid some of the crazier traffic, though not all of it. We deal with a lot of paperwork for passengers and cargo. Sometimes the printers act up right when we need to get a document out, which is always frustrating. We have a small staff and we’ve worked together for a long time. There’s always a bit of chatter about the weather in Seoul or the delays at Indira Gandhi International. We don't have a fancy lobby with marble floors. It’s just desks, chairs, and a lot of filing cabinets. We try to stay on top of the schedule, but aviation is always changing, so we have to be ready for anything. Some days are slow and we just catch up on emails, while other days the phone won't stop ringing for five minutes. We like the local vibe of the neighborhood. There’s a guy who sells great snacks just down the street, and that’s usually where we end up during our breaks. It works for us.
