This office is located way out in Dharampura Colony, Najafgarh. It’s at Rz-31 in the I Block, which is a bit of a trek if you’re coming from central Delhi. We’ve been operating from here for a while, dealing with all the bits and pieces that come with the airline business. It’s not a glamorous airport terminal or a shiny skyscraper. It’s a solid, practical building where the real work happens. Most days we are just buried in schedules and technical stuff. The area around Najafgarh is quite different from the rest of the city; it feels a bit more like its own town. We have a lot of local staff who live nearby, so that makes the morning commute a bit easier for some. It gets quite dusty around here when the wind picks up, but we’ve got our routine down. We handle a lot of the behind-the-scenes things that travelers don’t usually see. It’s a lot of coordination and making sure the information is moving where it needs to go. We aren’t trying to be anything we’re not. We just show up, do the work, and make sure things are running okay from our side. It’s a bit of a hidden spot in the colony, but once you find the block, we are right there. The hours can be long, but that’s just how it goes here.
