Asiana Air Line

Our office is over at 35/A in Mian Wail Colony, right off the New Railway Road in Gurgaon. It’s a bit of a different pace than the big high-rises you see in the rest of the city. We chose this spot because it’s accessible and doesn’t feel too disconnected from the local life. Most of our day is spent handling flight details and sorting out the logistics for travel. The building is a bit plain, but it works for what we need. We have a few desks and a small area for guests to wait if they show up early. It’s not a fancy lounge or anything, just a few chairs and some magazines. We’ve been here for a few years and have gotten to know the other business owners on the street. The traffic on Railway Road can be a nightmare during rush hour, so we usually get in early to beat it. We do a lot of work on the computers and spend a lot of time on hold with the main hubs. It’s a simple setup. We don't have a big staff, just enough to keep the gears turning. Sometimes the street noise comes inside, but we’re used to it. We just focus on getting the details right for every person who contacts us or stops by.
