Asian Root

Asian Root is tucked away in the Oakwood Apartments, specifically at D-126 in Gurgaon Phase 2. Since we are in an apartment building, it does not feel like a typical office at all. It is much quieter here than the main roads of Gurgaon. We have converted the space so we can handle our daily business comfortably. You can hear the elevator dinging every now and then throughout the day as people come and go. There is a small area for meetings and a couple of desks where we do our main work. We don't have any neon signs or big advertisements outside. People usually find us because they know where we are or they were told by someone else. Being in an apartment means we have to be mindful of the neighbors, so we keep things pretty low-key. The view from the window is just other buildings and some trees. We spend our hours typing, talking on the phone, and planning our next steps. It is a very calm way to work compared to the big high-rises nearby. We don't have a big staff, just a few people who know what they are doing. Everything we need is right here. It is a simple setup that works for us. We like the fact that it feels a bit like a home, which makes the long hours a little easier to handle. There is no corporate dress code or anything like that, just regular people doing their jobs.
