Our office is over in Meera Bagh, which is part of Paschim Vihar in West Delhi. We are at B-46. It’s a residential area, so it feels very much like a family-run kind of place. We spend our days looking at maps, flight prices, and hotel availability. We aren't some massive corporation with a call center. When you call us, you’re usually just talking to one of us sitting here at our desks. We started this because we liked seeing different parts of the country, and now we spend our time helping other people do the same. The office is filled with brochures and old travel magazines that we should probably clear out one day. We have a lot of regular customers from the neighborhood who just walk in to chat about their next trip. It gets quite lively in the evenings when people are coming back from work. We don't have a polished sales pitch. We just tell people what we know about the places they want to visit. Sometimes a booking gets complicated and we have to stay late to fix it, but that's just part of the travel business. We like being in Meera Bagh because it's a friendly spot. We have our favorite places to eat nearby and we know the other shop owners on the street. It’s a comfortable place to work and we just keep things moving along every day.
