Ashiana Housing Ltd.

We've been at West Vinod Nagar for a while. It's near Durga Mata Mandir. Dealing with houses is what we do here at Ashiana Housing Ltd. People come by D-68 often just to talk about where they want to live. It's not a fancy office. Just a place in Delhi where we work on paperwork and meet folks. Sometimes the traffic is bad near the temple, but we're usually here. My desk is messy with blueprints and phone numbers. We try to keep track of everything, but there's always a lot going on in the housing market. It's just us, a few chairs, and a lot of tea. We handle the local stuff. You can find us easily if you know the mandir. Dealing with property isn't always easy, but we've stayed in this spot for a reason. Most of the neighbors know us by now. We don't have a big corporate lobby or anything like that. Just the office at D-68. We spend most of the day on the phone or walking around looking at sites. It gets dusty, and the noise from the street comes in, but that's Delhi for you. If someone needs a place to stay or is looking to move, they just drop by. We’ve seen this area change quite a bit over the years. It's just a regular business. Nothing too special about the building itself, but we're here every day. It’s a lot of work but we manage it okay. Everyone just does their part and we keep going.
