Ashiana Hospitality

Ashiana Hospitality is based out near the Westin Sohna Gurgaon Resort and Spa. Our daily life involves being on Karanki Road in Sohna, which is a bit of a drive from the main city areas. It is much quieter out here compared to the middle of New Delhi. We spend a lot of our time managing hospitality needs and making sure the services are running as they should. The air is a bit clearer here, but the work is still the same. We have a small team that looks after different parts of the operation. We don't have any corporate offices with glass walls. It is just a functional workspace where we can focus on the tasks at hand. A lot of our day is spent walking around the grounds or sitting at a desk checking schedules. We talk to the local workers and the guests who are looking for a break from the city noise. Sometimes the weather gets very hot, and we just slow down a little bit during the afternoon. We don't use any fancy language to describe what we do. It is just about providing a place where things work properly and people are taken care of. We have been in this area for a while now and we know the roads and the local people quite well. It is a steady, quiet kind of job.
