Ashes Tourism is located at 258/18K in Sangam Vihar. If you know New Delhi, you know Sangam Vihar is a very packed place. Our address is right in the middle of all that energy. It is 110062 for the mail. We have been working out of this spot for some time now. It’s a small office, nothing too flashy. We spend our days talking to people about where they want to go. Most people around here are looking for a break from the city. We look up buses and hotels and try to piece it all together. It gets pretty loud outside with the street noise, but we are used to it by now. The office usually has a few chairs for people to sit while we check things on the computer. We don't have a big marketing budget or anything like that. Word of mouth is mostly how people hear about us. We just sit here, drink our chai, and get the work done. Sangam Vihar has its own way of moving, and we are just a small part of it. Sometimes the internet is slow or the power flickers, but we just keep going. It’s a practical business. We aren't trying to be the biggest agency in Delhi. We just want to make sure the person sitting across from us gets their ticket and has no trouble on their trip. That is about it. We just keep the door open and wait for the next person to come in with a plan.
