Ascent Air Pvt. Ltd. is located at G-508 in Sarojini Nagar, New Delhi. Most people think of the big market when they hear Sarojini Nagar, but we are in a quieter part away from all the shopping crowds. Our office is where we handle a lot of the behind-the-scenes work for air travel. It’s not a big corporate headquarters with glass walls; it’s just a regular room with some desks and a lot of old files. We deal with things like flight schedules and logistics, which can get pretty busy at certain times of the year. The office at G-508 is simple and a bit cramped because of all the equipment we have to keep. We’ve got a small kettle for making tea and usually a plate of biscuits sitting around somewhere. The neighborhood is nice because you can walk out and find anything you need within a few minutes. We aren't a massive company with thousands of employees, just a handful of us who know the travel business well enough to keep things running. Sometimes the fans make a bit of a rattling noise, but they keep the air moving during the hot Delhi summers. We don't use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. We just come in every day, answer the phones, and make sure the paperwork is in order. It’s a steady kind of life here in 110023, and we’ve been doing it this way for quite a long time now.
