As A Csa In Singapore Airlines Through Livewell

We are located on the first floor at G-4/9 in Sector-16, Rohini. It’s a quiet enough part of Delhi, at least compared to the center of the city. We work as CSAs for Singapore Airlines, but we are actually part of Livewell. It sounds a bit complicated when you say it all at once, but it’s just our daily job. We spend a lot of time dealing with passenger stuff and making sure things are in order. The office in Rohini is where we handle the paperwork and the coordination side of things. It’s not a huge place, just a few rooms with some computers and files. We aren't a big corporate headquarters, just a local branch doing its work. Sometimes the days feel long when there are a lot of flights to manage. We don't have any fancy mission statements or anything like that. We just show up in our uniforms or office clothes and get to work. Rohini is a good area to be in, and we like the local market nearby for lunch. It’s a practical setup. We don't have a big sign outside, so you have to look for the G-4/9 building. It’s a simple life of helping people travel, even if we are just behind the scenes in an office. We try to keep it honest and just do what we are supposed to do every day. No frills, just the work.
