Aryan Tour

Our little travel business is called Aryan Tour. We are based out of Janakpuri in New Delhi. It’s a well-known area and pretty easy for people to get to. We don't have a massive office building. It’s more of a cozy spot where we can sit down with people and talk about their travel plans. We’ve been in Janakpuri for several years now. We know the area well. Most of our customers are from the neighborhood. They stop by when they’re thinking of taking a trip somewhere. We have some maps and brochures lying around, but most of the work happens on the computer. It’s not a high-pressure sales environment. We just chat and see what works for them. Sometimes the office gets a bit dusty because of the construction nearby, but we keep it tidy. We aren't part of some giant global corporation. We’re just a local team trying to help people get where they need to go. We don't have a mission statement on the wall. We just have a calendar and a phone that rings a lot. Janakpuri is a nice place for a business like ours. There’s a good mix of people. We don't do fancy advertising. We just rely on doing a decent job so people come back next year. It’s been working out for us so far. We just take it one day at a time.
