Arya Telecom

So, this is Arya Telecom. We are located at Shop No 19 in the Syndicate Market area of Palam. If you know the market, you know it can get pretty hectic, especially on weekends when everyone is out shopping. I’ve been sitting in this shop for a long time now. The space is small, just enough for a couple of chairs and the glass counters where we keep the phones and accessories. The walls are covered with posters and some wires hanging here and there. It’s not the neatest place you’ll find, but we know where everything is kept. Usually, there’s a radio playing in the background or just the sound of people bargaining outside. Syndicate Market has its own vibe and we are right in the middle of it. Sometimes the electricity goes out and we have to sit in the dark for a bit, but that’s just part of life here. My younger brother comes in the afternoon to give me a break so I can go grab some tea or lunch from the stall nearby. We handle a lot of different mobile things every day. People come to us when their screens break or they need a new SIM card. We don’t talk much, just do the work that needs doing. It’s a steady life and the regulars are nice enough. It is just a normal shop doing normal things for the people nearby.
