If you walk down Hari Singh Nalwa Street in Karol Bagh, you’ll find us at 34/1646. This area is always packed with people looking for deals. We call ourselves Arya Accessories because that is exactly what we do. We have walls covered in phone cases, from the plain black ones to the ones with too many sparkles. It gets very dusty on this street with all the construction and the rickshaws going by, so we spend a lot of time wiping down the displays. Working in Karol Bagh means you have to be quick. People here don't have much patience for slow service. We try to keep every kind of cable you could imagine in stock. Some days we have more stock than we have space for, and boxes just end up stacked in the back. It’s a bit of a mess sometimes but we know where everything is. We don't really have a big team, just a couple of us who know the inventory. We’ve been at this spot for several years and have seen shops around us open and close. It’s a tough business but we stay busy enough. We don't use any fancy computer systems for our sales, just a handwritten bill book. It works for us and our customers seem okay with it too. We stay open until the street lights go off, just to catch those last few shoppers.
