Arvato Marketing Services operates out of a house in Gopal Nagar, specifically House Number 78 over in Phase 2. Najafgarh is a bit out of the way for some, but it suits us just fine. We’ve been in this neighborhood for years now. People often think marketing is all about big TV ads, but for us, it’s mostly about managing data and helping businesses keep track of their customers. We do a lot of the behind-the-scenes work that nobody really sees. It’s a lot of spreadsheets and keeping the database clean. The office is pretty casual. We don't wear suits unless there's a very specific reason to. Most days it’s just the sound of keyboards clicking and someone making tea in the back. We started with just a couple of desks and have slowly grown as more work came in. We don't really advertise ourselves much because we stay busy enough with the clients we already have. It’s a quiet street, which is nice when you need to focus on technical work. Sometimes the neighbors pop in just to say hello. We like the local feel of Gopal Nagar. It’s a lot different than the high-rise offices in the center of the city. We just do our jobs, keep our heads down, and make sure the projects are finished on time. It’s simple, honest work that keeps us going.
