Arvato Bertelsmann Group

Our office is located over in Mahavir Enclave, which is tucked away near the Naseerpur Road area. If you know the Jai Maa Durga Dharamkanta, then you’re pretty close to where we are at F2/133A. Even though Arvato Bertelsmann Group sounds like a very big name, our daily life here in New Delhi-45 is pretty grounded. It’s a regular office where we show up every morning and get to work. The street outside can get a bit noisy with the traffic and people going about their business, but inside we just focus on what needs doing. We handle a lot of service-related tasks and back-end stuff. It’s the kind of work that requires sitting in front of a monitor for long hours. We aren't trying to be anything fancy. There are no marble floors or waterfalls in the lobby here. It’s just desks, chairs, and people trying to do a good job. We have our routines, like where we get lunch nearby or who makes the best tea in the afternoon. Sometimes the office feels small when everyone is in at once, but we make it work. Living and working in Mahavir Enclave has its own rhythm. It's not like the big corporate parks in Gurgaon; it feels more like a real neighborhood. We’ve been part of this spot for a while and we just keep plugging away at our tasks day by day to get the work finished.
