Arora Telecom

You can find Arora Telecom right on the Main Road in Old Rajinder Nagar, at number 34. It’s a busy street with a lot of people walking by all the time. Our shop is quite narrow, so we have to be careful about where we put things. We have glass cases for the phones and a small repair bench in the back. It’s usually covered in tiny screws and tools. I’ve been working here for quite a while now. The traffic outside is always loud, but you get used to it. We don't have a big staff. It’s usually just one or two of us behind the counter. People come in with broken screens or looking for a new SIM card. We don't do any big advertising. The sign outside is a bit faded, but everyone in the neighborhood knows where we are. It’s a practical business. We don't have a fancy waiting area with coffee. People just stand and chat while we look at their devices. Sometimes it takes longer than we thought, and we have to tell them to come back later. That’s just how it goes with electronics. We close up when the street gets quiet at night. It’s a decent way to spend the day in Old Rajinder Nagar. We’re just a local phone shop. We fix what we can and sell what we have on the shelves.
