Arora Hello Point

Nehru Vihar B-144 is where we have our little setup. It is a residential area mostly, so the pace is a bit different than the main markets. We call it Arora Hello Point. People come here when they have issues with their phones or need a new connection. The shop isn't very big, but we have made it work for us over the years. I spend most of my day behind the counter. The shelves are filled with mobile cases and chargers that people often lose. We don't use any fancy sales tactics. If a phone is broken and can't be fixed, we just say so. It is better to be straightforward with people. Sometimes it gets a bit quiet in the afternoons, so I read the paper or talk to the shopkeeper next door. Nehru Vihar has its own rhythm and we are just a small part of it. We keep our hours regular so people know when to find us. It is not a glamorous job, sitting under a tubelight all day, but it is what we do. We help folks get their devices back in order and that keeps us busy enough. No big company headquarters or anything like that, just a local shop in the B-block where you can get your mobile sorted out without any fuss. It is just us here every day.
