You can find us at Kalkaji Extension Govind Puri 86/2. This part of Delhi is always moving and the streets are quite narrow. Our shop is right in the middle of all that activity. We deal with mobile phones and everything that goes with them. It is a small place and sometimes it feels like we are overflowing with stock and repair jobs. The tables are usually covered with tools, broken screens, and loose wires. It is a bit messy, but we know where everything is. People come in from the nearby lanes of Govind Puri to get their phones recharged or fixed. We spend a lot of time explaining how a certain feature works or why a battery is draining too fast. It is just everyday talk with the locals. We don't have a fancy uniform or a big marketing budget. We just put out our board every morning and wait for the first customer. The noise from the street is constant, but it becomes like background music after a few years. We do what we can to help people stay connected. Sometimes a repair takes longer than expected and we have to ask the customer to come back tomorrow. It is just the way things go when you are working with your hands. It is a busy, humble little shop that fits right into the neighborhood.
