Ark Infotel(Australian Process)

We've been here in Subhash Nagar for a bit now. Our spot is on the ground floor, right at the back side of 1/19. It’s a busy neighborhood and we're mostly focused on the Australian process stuff. People come in, they get on the phones, and that's the day. It’s not a huge fancy office or anything, just a regular place where we get the work done. Subhash Nagar has its own vibe, plenty of food stalls around if you’re hungry after a shift. The "back side" part of the address can be a bit tricky to find if you’re new, but once you know where the 1/19 gate is, it’s easy. We deal with calls and data mostly. It gets noisy sometimes when everyone is talking at once, but that's just how it is here. New Delhi is always moving fast, and we try to keep up with the time zones over in Australia. It means some early mornings for us because of the time difference. We don't really do big advertisements. Most people just know us from around the area or through friends who worked here before. It's a job, you know? We show up, do the Australian work, and head home. The ground floor is nice because we don't have to climb stairs all day. It's just a practical setup for the team we have. We don't have a big sign out front, just the number on the gate.
