Our office is on the ground floor over in Khirki Extension, right in Malviya Nagar. If you know the area, you know it can be a bit of a maze with all the narrow lanes and bikes everywhere. We have been sitting here at J4-70A for quite a while now. Most of our day is spent looking at computer screens, trying to find flights that don't cost a fortune. It’s a small space, mostly filled with desks, old calendars on the walls, and a lot of paper. People come in mostly to ask about visas or why their ticket price changed overnight. We don't have a big team, just a few of us who know how to navigate the booking systems. Sometimes the internet goes slow right when someone is waiting to pay, and we just have to sit and talk while the page reloads. It’s not a glamorous job, but we like helping people get to where they need to go, whether it's for a holiday or just visiting family back home. The tea stall nearby keeps us going through the afternoon rush. We deal with a lot of phone calls too, mostly people checking if their flight is on time. It gets a bit cramped when more than three people walk in at once, but we make it work. It’s just a regular local travel spot trying to keep things moving for our neighbors in the Delhi heat.
