We are based out of Naraina Village, right here in New Delhi at Cb-79. The office is actually inside S.K. Sharma’s place, so it feels quite local. Being in this part of town means we deal with a lot of regular people just trying to get their flights sorted out. Arian Air Travel Pvt.Ltd. has been around for a while now. We spend most of our mornings answering phones and checking flight schedules on the computer. It gets a bit noisy outside sometimes with the village traffic, but we manage just fine. Most days are just about looking at tickets and making sure names are spelled right. We don't have a big fancy lobby or anything like that. It’s just a practical workspace where we get things done. People from the neighborhood often drop by just to ask about prices for domestic trips or maybe something further away. We try to keep things simple and clear for everyone who walks through the door. It is a small team here, so we all know each other well. We handle the paperwork and the bookings without making a big fuss. Sometimes the internet is slow, but we get the job done eventually.
